Breakfast included tasty options like omelets, pretzels, and crispy bacon (I especially liked the bacon!). I found many cheese alternatives available. The hotel's service quality seemed worth the cost. The location is very convenient, near public transport for easy city access.

The pool water was colder than I expected. It would be great if the hotel could do something about the temperature.

The hotel has a great location. I could easily reach transportation options. The room was very spacious. My overall comfort and relaxation was impacted positively.

Rooms don't get cleaned promptly. I need to ask the receptionist to ask the house keeping to clean it for me. Customer services are on its lowest level. I was down for breakfast. The ventilation in the restaurant is very poor. You smell fried eggs once the elevator door opens.

The hotel offered a superb location near the train station. An abundant breakfast featured many choices in a lovely restaurant. The restaurant setting also had garden views. Luxurious bedding and toiletries were available in my room.

The pool was uncomfortably cold . The temperature was lower than expected. A simple request to address this issue caused problems. I had to speak with the front desk multiple times.

i arrived at the airport at 7:00 am. after grabbing my bags and hop on the s1, i got to the hotel around 8:30 am. alex at the front desk found me a top floor room with a king bed. he gave me an early check in and i rested super well. the ac worked awesome and the room darkening curtains and comfy bed helped me nap a lot. the step in shower was great and there were lots of hair products. the breakfast is the best. i've come to other hotels but its the best!

the front desk clerk i talked to at check in said i probably not get a room until after noon. the check in is supposed to be 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm. i realize they were trying to accommodate me but waiting was difficult.
